Product Overview
Haescomm is a fire telephone and disabled refuge system for vertical evacuation (BS5839pt9:2011, BS9999:2008, Building Regulations Document B:2013).
The Haescomm EVCS concept covers Fire Telephone and Disabled Refuge Systems, as well as integrating Emergency Assist Alarm Systems in a single solution.
Compliance is at the core of the design process; every product fulfils the requirements of all applicable standards, coupled with high quality finishes, ease of installation and commissioning.
The use of networking in every controller ensures scalability and removes redundancy on sites allowing them to evolve from single stand alone systems to complex site wide campus scenarios. The networking allows 64 devices to be connected on a simple network ring of 2 off 2 core 1.5mm enhanced fire rated cables.
HC-TMS – Touchscreen Controller
The HC-TMS network touch-screen controller has an integrated 2 to 8 line exchange and power supply, allowing control and connectivity in a single unit.It can also integrate with HC-228 units.
By using a touch screen, the operation of the panel is user friendly and intuitive.
- 4.3″ full colour touchscreen
- Expandable from 2 to 512 lines, with 64 network devices
- Integrated Assist Call with acknowledge
HC-228 – 2 to 8 Line Master Controller
Designed for ease of installation and commissioning, the HC-228 is a solution for smaller projects, but with built in networking it can form the local control element of complex campus style systems.
The HC-228 has an integrated 2 to 8 line exchange and power supply. Enhanced engineer functions, such as single engineer test and line identify reduce time and expense for both commissioning engineers and facilities maintenance companies.
- Expandable from 2 to 8 lines
- Inbuilt networking
- Integrated Assist Call with acknowledge
HC-EX8 – System Expander
The HC-EX8 system expander panel can accept up to eight lines of outstation.
With inbuilt networking it can form one of the 64 panels on a Haescomm network installation.
The display on the front of the HC-EX8 gives the current call or fault status of each line of the local panel.
- Compact design
- Inbuilt networking
- Integrated Assist Call with acknowledge
Outstations
The outstations range comprises of a ‘Type A’ emergency fire telephone, a ‘Type B’ disabled refuge call button and a combined unit with both ‘Type A’ and ‘Type B’ communications.
Integrated Assist Call
An emergency assistance call alarm system to allow users of the disabled facilities to call for help should they need it. The integrated Assist Call is designed to provide a fully compliant solution to building owners with many unique benefits, including clear indication, and high quality stainless steel finishes.
